The Abacos and Grand Bahama were devastated by Hurricane Dorian as the Category 5 storm stalled over the islands for several hours washing away whole communities and leaving large parts of the island underwater.
100% of proceeds from this print will go towards relief efforts in the Bahamas and be donated to Island Outreach: Missions to the Bahamas.
Based out of New Smyrna Beach, FL, Island Outreach is working on relief efforts in Man-O-War Cay and Marsh Harbor in the Bahamas. Founders Randy and Paula Crowe, have had an ongoing ministry in these communities in the Bahamas for 40+ years. In the area they served (Man-O-War Cay), 80% of the homes are reported uninhabitable after Hurricane Dorian, and nearby Marsh Harbour has been completely devastated.
“Relief efforts are being made for MOW and Marsh Harbor Bahamas. The first of many trips will be this weekend. Waiting for water to recede. US Coast Guard already circling island today looking for a place to land. Funds are needed now. We will use them to purchase what is most needed and ship/fly over with our connections.” - Randy Crowe, Founder of Island Outreach: Mission to the Bahamas
